Paul G. Fagan

Paul G. Fagan is a Founding Principal at San Antonio Commercial Advisors and has been a commercial real estate broker in San Antonio for 30 years. His specialties include:

• Office leasing, representing tenants and landlords

• Acquisitions and dispositions for investors and users

• Asset valuation

• Consultation & comparative analysis of leasing, purchasing & development

• Site selection

• Lease administration & transaction management of geographically diverse portfolios

Mr. Fagan has successfully closed over 1,000 leases and sales in excess of $150,000,000. And while the majority of his work has been in the San Antonio market, he has negotiated transactions all over the U.S. and as far away as Shanghai, China.

Mr. Fagan has earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designations. Members in these elite organizations must: complete an extensive curriculum covering all aspects of commercial real estate leasing, sales and investment; produce a detailed resume demonstrating a high level of professional service and capacity, and adhere to a strict code of ethics. Mr. Fagan has served on the San Antonio CCIM Board of Directors and is the past President of the South Texas SIOR Chapter.

The combination of Mr. Fagan’s extensive experience, education and personal commitment to the success of his clients make him uniquely qualified in needs analysis, the development of winning strategies and the implementation of those strategies to achieve his clients’ goals and objectives.

Mr. Fagan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University and currently lives in San Antonio. Paul recently served on the Board of Directors of Centro San Antonio and is Chairman of the Alamo Heights Architectural Review Board. He is also a former three-term board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters and was a Big Brother twice.

THE OFFICES AT FORT SAM HOUSTON
We assembled the team responsible for one of the city’s largest adaptive reuse efforts and the first of its kind Enhanced Use Lease with the US Army.  We negotiated 300,000 square feet of leases valued in excess of $70M.
