Cross & Co. creates two new entities

Introducing San Antonio Commercial Advisors & DSA Property Management


SAN ANTONIO, TX (September 15, 2011) – To better serve existing client needs and the growing demands of
the San Antonio commercial real estate market, the partners of Cross & Company announced the creation of two
new independent entities. David M. Adelman will own and operate DSA Property Management, and will focus on
property management and development services. Paul G. Fagan, CCIM, SIOR and Edward A. Cross, II will own
and operate San Antonio Commercial Advisors, a commercial real estate brokerage firm focusing on leasing,
acquisitions, dispositions, consulting & advisory services. These new firms reflect the unique experience, expertise
and success the partners enjoyed at Cross & Company over the past fourteen years.

Wakefield,” said Ed Cross. As part of their commitment to growing their ability to serve new clients and
additional brokers, Fagan and Cross also announced the hiring of Brent Smith as Managing Director of the new
firm. Smith most recently worked at Marcus & Millichap as National Director of the National Hospitality Group
and Regional Manager of the Houston and Lousiana region. “Brent has overseen the sales and marketing of over
$1.5 billion dollars in investment sales transactions, and trained and supported some of the top investment brokers
nationally. Brent brings with him invaluable skill sets for clients and brokers alike,” according to Paul Fagan.
