Bryan Sethney
DIRECTOR
Bryan Sethney joined San Antonio Commercial Advisors in 2006 where he is responsible for tenant and landlord representation. Sethney currently represents an office product portfolio in excess of 650,000 SF in the San Antonio market. Previously, Bryan was affiliated with a Dallas-based tenant representation firm for over six years, where he worked with corporate real estate users across North America. At San Antonio Commercial Advisors, Bryan continues to specialize in representing the real estate interests of his clients, providing a comprehensive analysis specific to each client that includes underwriting the market, financial analysis and detailed lease and sales negotiation.

Bryan graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) San Antonio and serves as the Chairman of the Young Leaders Committee. A native of San Antonio, he is also a member of the Alamo Heights United Methodist Church. Bryan and his wife Allison are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters.
